Precision Gears for Medical Equipment
Small-module precision gears for surgical instruments, diagnostic equipment and hospital beds, small in size with tight tolerances, with material selection and customization to drawings.

PinyiGear produces transmission components for medical devices. These parts are typically compact and ordered in modest quantities, yet they demand tight tolerances and fine surface finishes. We machine to customer drawings, focusing on small-module gears and shaft components, and we accept orders ranging from a single piece to small and medium batch sizes.
Materials and Heat Treatment
Alloy steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum alloys and engineering plastics are all machinable at PinyiGear. For surface protection, we offer black oxide, zinc plating, chrome plating, anodizing and Dacromet. Because the sterilization method and equipment environment dictate the correct material choice, we confirm these details with the customer before issuing a quotation.
Gear Types and Specification Range Covered
- Non-standard module gears: Module M0.3~M20, accuracy per customer requirements (GB grade 3~9)
- Shafts and splines: Maximum length ≤1000mm, roundness ≤0.005mm, coaxiality ≤0.01mm
- Small-module machining: Turn-mill combined accuracy ±0.005mm, CNC cylindrical grinding Ra≤0.2µm

Typical Operating Conditions
Medical device transmissions usually involve small parts, often with modules below M1, that require accurate tooth profiles. They must run smoothly and quietly with minimal backlash. Cleaning and sterilization methods influence material selection and must be confirmed in advance.
Information Needed for a Quotation
To prepare a quote, please send drawings and quantities, and specify the operating environment and sterilization method. If particular materials or certification requirements apply, include those in your inquiry as well. Send to sales@dgpinyi.com.
