What to Send for a Quotation
A complete drawing set is preferred for gear pairs. Include the center distance, tooth thickness tolerance and any matching requirements. Drawings go to sales@dgpinyi.com. Before any quote is issued, engineers carry out a manufacturability review.

- 20CrMnTi, carburized and hardened, tooth surface 58~62 HRC
- 42CrMo, quenched and tempered, 269~321 HB
- 40Cr, quenched and tempered, 241~286 HB
- 38CrMoAl, nitrided, surface hardness 900~1100 HV, used for high-speed light-load locations
