- Accuracy: as stated on the drawing (GB/T 10095 or DIN 3962), achieved by grinding where required
- Material: 20CrMnTi / 40Cr / 42CrMo / 45# / 38CrMoAl / stainless / brass
- Heat Treatment: Carburizing / Nitriding / Induction / Quench & temper
- Surface Hardness: 50–62 HRC (carburized), HV up to 950 (nitrided)
- Production: Prototype / Small batch / Mass production
- Inspection: Gear measuring center / CMM / hardness / roughness
- MOQ: Project-based — from prototype validation to series production
- Delivery: Samples 3–7 days, production per agreement
